Tiptoe privacy policy
This policy explains how Tiptoe processes your reference photos, orders and optional delivery email.
Your photos
Photos stay in browser memory while you choose them. Continuing to checkout uploads them to Kie for temporary processing. Tiptoe does not retain a persistent photo copy; Kie temporary uploads follow its approximately 24-hour retention policy.
Orders and browser access
Cloudflare D1 stores your order, selected roles and resolution, payment/refund references, task status, optional delivery email and access metadata. A secure browser cookie gives access to your orders for up to 30 days. Payment credentials are handled by PayPal. If you provide an email, Resend sends order and private access links. Without email, clearing browser data can remove your access.
Retention
Completed videos remain available for 14 days and are streamed through Tiptoe from the provider. Tiptoe keeps order, payment and refund records for 30 days after the order is resolved, then deletes them and associated issue reports and access grants. Open refunds or issue reviews are retained until resolved, followed by the 30-day period. Payment and processing providers maintain their own records under their policies.
