Tiptoe refunds and delivery
Payment is a one-time purchase. Generation status and any refund status appear on your private order page.
One-time purchase
The order price is $7.99 for 720P or $9.99 for 1080P, with no subscription. Checkout is handled by PayPal.
Generation failures
A confirmed generation failure receives one automatic retry with priority. If the retry also fails, Tiptoe initiates a full refund through PayPal. Refund status is tracked separately. A delayed or missing provider response is checked before treating it as a failure.
Before you pay
Use “Report a problem with this order” on your private order page for manual review. Clear generation errors, such as incorrect characters, unexpected reference-photo backgrounds or damaged videos, are eligible for review for a refund. Subjective dissatisfaction is assessed individually and does not trigger an automatic refund. Check the same order page for the response.
